Our Properties

Set in the heart of the popular riverside village of Great Ayton, Both properties are within easy reach of two popular dining pubs, an ice cream parlour, a selection of cafes, and a tempting fish and chip shop. The walk up Roseberry Topping was recently named one of Britain’s favourite walks and the views from the summit are pretty spectacular.

This old police station was purchased in 2013 with the sole idea of creating a luxury holiday cottage for people to visit, relax and enjoy this wonderful village situated in the heart of North Yorkshire. This lovely countryside holiday home includes many smart TVs with enabled WIFI and also a lovely hot tub to soak in all year round.

Our sister property, The Old Police Cottage is a short walk from The Old Police House and just as charming. Both cottages can be booked together for larger groups or separately for couples and families.
